Error occurred when executing at FacialRecognitionService.AddNewFace

Describe the bug Failed to try to add a new face with an error message of "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Login Page
  2. Click on 'Sign-Up'
  3. Click on 'Take Photo'
  4. See the error message pop up
