Noticeable frame stutter when using abilities

Noticeable frame stutter when using abilities, easy to reproduce using stealth on a rogue but happens with many other abilities.

1. go on a rogue
2. use stealth

Technical info:

Neuron 1.14.13 Retail 9.2

Only addons enabled are Neuron and AddonUsage

To be clear, it is not a constant 80ms/s it just spikes that high when entering stealth and using some abilities.
After logging in or afking for a minute it will settle down to an average of 6ms/s Doing a longer encounter like a world boss has it settle at around 25-30ms/s Does not happen if I remove all buttons except for stealth off my bar, maybe I just have too many abilities on the bar.

Can you please zip the Neuron.lua file that's in your WTF folder, upload it somewhere, and link it here, so someone can load it to diagnose the issue?

Disclaimer: I will not be doing the diagnosing. I am just requesting this because it is the only way to analyze what configuration might have triggered this issue, in case someone else wants to volunteer to diagnose the issue.

Profiles ".Rogue" and ."Druid", both have the same issue.
