Druid - shifted form to vehicle/possess/override bar bug

Issue description:

A clear and concise description of what the issue is (i.e. what went wrong and what should have happened).

With currect vesion 1.4.10. on retail 9.10.

When in form ie. bear as a druid and using an ability or function that changes to an vehicle/possession or override ie. like the last boss in Spires of Ascension where you pick up the spear to knock the boss down the action bar switched to the basic caster bar and not the bar with the spear on.

However if you use the spear in the basic caster form then the action bar switches correctly to the spear. It will not directly change from a form (bear/cat etc) to the action bar for the spear.
