Request compatible with tradeskill cooldown "spells"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

When I try to add a tradeskill cooldown to my Neuron bar, Neuron doesn't recognize it.

1. For example, type the following in to chat: /run PickupSpell(156587)
2. Alchemical catalyst icon appears on cursor
3. Attempt to drop icon on to Neuron bar, unable to do so
