Icon grid disappearing before ability can be placed

When you try to drag icons to or from the bar, if you take too long (too long is about 2 seconds) the bars will disappear when the grid is hidden. When the grid is shown, the icon itself drops and destroys itself and you have to fetch it again from the ability book.

Dupe of #287, still open. Workaround is to show grid on the bar first, then move abilities to it, then hide grid again afterward. Playing the "can I do it in time" game isn't worth the effort since the answer is usually no. :)
