New version: /use buttons not showing icons when names are used

Examples: Net-o-matic, Katy Stampwhistle, etc. Buttons like /use 14 still show the icon but they also still have the bug where they don't show cooldowns so that isn't a useful workaround even in cases where gear slots are involved.

This is a double whammy issue for me since I have had to set up some duplicate buttons with /use just to show the CD for things like trinkets that I sometimes swap out.

Seems this resolves itself the second time logging into each toon. Not sure it's worth worrying about, close if desired.

So it works permanently now? Or do you have to log and re-log twice per session to work?

Just once per toon, seems like.

That's really weird. I don't know what that would be the case.... we're not caching anything I don't think...
