Flyout Macro Help

Hey,

I am having an issue with my trinket macro, my offhand macro works fine but I don't think it can find certain items as they are displayed as a question mark and do not work.

Is it something missing from the code? Could I add it in manually?

Any help is greatly apprecaited!
