Accessibility fix for hint icon based on screen reader

Context: More than running accessibility checks on performance tools, better testing would be to check our site using a screen reader. While doing that I have found few issues.

Issue: While accessing site through screen reader, there is no way we can figure out that the help-icon is clickable and we can a hint by clicking on it.

Additional context: Right now, the screen reader reads the hint button as group.

Solution: Add a new role and aria-label to the hint-container
