Improve styling for genre filter section

Improve the styling of the dropdown so that the font sizing, padding, etc is similar to EmojiScreen: Screen Shot 2019-10-08 at 7 35 51 PM

Also restyle the dropdown so that it is not the default browser dropdown anymore. This might include adding Select2 or another library to the filter to allow for more flexibility styling.
