Wasted space when Detail window shows non-network data

Repro is with Zui commit b727a2e.

When viewing network data (Zeek/Suricata), the right side of the Detail window is typically occupied by additional views activated by the Brimcap plugin, e.g., the TCP state diagram, the Correlations views, etc. However, when viewing non-network data, that right side of the Detail window becomes blank unused space. This can be wasteful, particularly when viewing data with wide values. For instance, in this screenshot I'm looking at a record in a Detail window after having loaded the prs.json test data from the Zed repo and shaped it with over this. As you can see, despite having made my Detail window very large, many of the values are cut off and end in "..."

It would be great if the app could detect when none of the extra visualizations are going to be rendered and reclaim that wasted space to leave more space to show values. Also, a horizontal scroll bar for when values are still too wide would help as well.
