Empty Log Detail window on Windows

Repro is with 0.30.1-78 on Windows. This issue was reported by a community user in on a Slack thread.

As shown in the attached video, double-clicking an event to open a Log Detail window is failing on Windows. I confirmed this doesn't happen on macOS. As the video shows, there's no error visible in DevTools when the window is opening.
