Connect to lake, then close the window

If you begin to connect to a lake with auth0, it opens the web browser to sign in. If you then close the originating brim window, nothing happens. In the logs you see "No Window Found".

This can be improved. We can create the listener for the lake connection in the main process so that even if the window is gone, we can still respond to the url opening.
