Indicate a readonly query or query folder

There is no visual indication that a folder or query is readonly. We need to add a lock icon next to the folder or the queries or both. We also should display a disabled mouse cursor when trying to drag something in there.

Maybe this justifies its own issue, but when looking at this for myself, I struggled to even figure out how to make a query read-only. My first instinct was to right-click on the query in the left sidebar but the option wasn't there. I then managed to find "Lock Query" in the vertical "..." menu in the title area above the editor. This left me thinking that we might want to make sure the two menus share the same options.
