What to do with non-English resources?

I've not included libraries that have no English documentation. One reason is that I can't review documentation in a language I don't understand. But also because English is the de facto open source language and it's a good habit to try to always write in English in the context of programming.

Maybe we could create a separate Awesome Vue list for every other language.

English is the primary language in the opensource community and programming. I think removing libraries that do not have English documentation is legitimate. It would be interesting to see if people want to have an Awesome Vue in other language. The amount of resources for the other language might end up being too little. The documentation of Vuejs has been translated in many languages so if people are interested, I think we should go for it and maybe create one branch per language.
