[feature request] Adjusting the brightness at startup

Since Noa loads the Python code to the Monocle, this means it has the control over various "configuration" usually done with the programming API.

One example is to set the brightness, which could be made some parameter in Noa, put into the code sent at startup, or some other configuration mechanism to adjust the brightness after it is loaded.
