Over-exposure and camera tuning

In some cases, the camera gives photos that have too much exposure time, which makes everything too light, and importantly too much motion blur involved as reported below.

This impacts computer vision scripts. An exposure tuning would allow overly dark and much sharper images to be generated for computer vision purposes.
