Switch Precipitation State Class from Measurement to Total

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm trying to use the utility meter to record total Monthly Precipitation but noticed that the Precipiation metric is the wrong state class to be able to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the state class of today's precipiation both checked and unchecked to be turned from measurement to total so that the utility meter can understand when the sensor resets at the end of the day.

Describe alternatives you've considered It's possible that I'm using the wrong tool for the job, but I'm not sure how else to aggregate monthly precipitation. If this is not how you would do it, I welcome suggestions.
