Got an error when building the client

hi @brichard19 , i'm trying to build the cpu client with,

# make client_cpu

and i got this error

i even dont know, where the tle and client_tle directory. how to solve this error, so i can build the cpu client. i'm using ubuntu server 16.04 x64.

I receive same error when make client_cpu on Ubuntu 18.04.
