Improve Anscombe example

Possible reorganisation:

• Make it Exercise 1, focusing
  • setting the working directory correctly
  • having installed the tidyverse
  • understanding the stats (optional)
• Make the generative art Example 1

Might be too complex, and having in Session 3 makes sense if the code is updated to show multiple graph engines (base, lattice, ggplot2).
