Am not seeing the same output as the blog

I followed the direction to install the machine and transforms but when I add a domain and then choose goldphish I am not getting the same output.

What OS are you running it on? Also, what is the output you get?

I am running it on MAC OSx 10.9.5. I get something that looks like this compared to your very comprehensive reference on your blog:
