Changing Colors on Posterior Distributions

I can change the colors on the iso biplots by just changing the palette. I can change the ellipse colors in SIBER by modifying the Output_jags.r file but that does not change the colors in the posterior distributions, which are lovely, but I just wanted to alter them. Any suggestions on how I can do that?
