Function to plot proportions as caterpillar plots (agg by factor or by source)

Would be nice to plot proportions with CI as caterpillar/box plots, instead of densities. Provide options to do this aggregated 1) by factor (diet of each factor level together), and 2) by source (compare proportions for each source across factor levels easier).
