How to use two source isotopes with different sample sizes

Hello, I was wondering how to prepare the input data files, if the two source isotopes that are used have different sample sizes. I have one isotope with n = 1 and the other has n = 3. How would i prepare the sources file as summary statistics and how as raw source data? Thanks for any help!
