Comparing proportions of diets

Hi Brian,

Maybe it is simple, but unfortunately I cannot find any solution how to get posterior distribution values if I have two fixed factors. Wolfes example nicely present the use of p.fac1 (e.g. jags.1$BUGSoutput$sims.list$p.fac1) but you have no this with two fixed effects. As you in this example, I would like to compare diet component proportions between different groups. Thank you!
