I'd like the aquaplanet to be flexible regarding emissions. In the default case, the aquaplanet uses namelist settings to short-circuit aerosol-cloud interactions by specifying a constant drop and ice concentration....

I guess a changelog would go along with ADF tags or "versions." Looks like we haven't had a new tag in almost a year.

Do we have data to support the idea that plot generation is slower than NCL? I don't have a good feeling for what makes plotting fast or not. For contours...

The problem I mentioned above was because of typos that got propagated from my `temporal_averagin` branch. I corrected those as part of #241 and merged that branch into this branch....

Just FYI, I had to make a few more changes within this branch to get ADF to successfully run.

I recently added monthly mean U from ERA5, and it has 200hPa. So this should be working already, I think. Maybe @justin-richling can check if it actually does work.

@nusbaume -- That's right, I didn't think about that distinction (U200 in the CAM output vs specifying the 200hPa level with `plot_press_levels`).
