Color picker not working on IE11

When running the plunker demo example you will already see that some tabs (second and third tab) are not rendered well in IE 11. Seems some styling/css issues? ie11colorpicker

Can you try the latest release v0.2.1

Sliders were fixed, but the palettes broke image image
