Is that possible that ignore some form of text?

I write notes on my phone. They're short. Each note is prefixed with something like "23-10-22-10-15-45 Meditation: I am a roly-poly". I don't want to find notes with similar timestamps, but similar to "Meditation: I am a roly-poly"
