error with charlock_holmes (centos7) Error: libicudata.so.48: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Error: The application encountered the following error: libicudata.so.48: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory - /usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.3.1/gems/charlock_holmes-0.7.3/lib/charlock_holmes/charlock_holmes.so (LoadError)

This is the third reinstall I have done, everything else works. Migrating from a centos6 server

I ran 'Gem Pristine Charlock_Holmes' and that fixed this issue
