Fixes for OfficeOnlineServer and UI

Fixed:

  • incorrect progress reporting (eating 1 space more each time)
  • incorrect OfficeOnlineServer node detection (searches for OfficeWebApps2016, but only OfficeOnlineServer2016 present)
  • added ability to specify dedicated CU level for OWA (i.e. Nov2016 doesn't exists for OWA, but Sep2016 is)
  • incorrect zip file detection in WAC CU installer
