SmsManager: Unable to launch Settings application.

Hello,

on huawei p8 lite sent messages do not appear in messages app. I see on logs the following error / info:

D/SmsManager: getSubscriptionId isSmsSimPickActivityNeeded is true E/SmsManager: Unable to launch Settings application.

any ideas ?
