nvm package failure

Hi, I'm trying to use YCSB on windows 10 and keep getting the following error when trying to build:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project cassandra-binding: Could not resolve dependencies for project site.ycsb:cassandra-binding:jar:0.18.0-SNAPSHOT: com.datastax.cassandra:cassandra-driver-core:jar:3.11.14 was not found in https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss/ during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central2 has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

I've tried correcting the Cassandra version, making sure Maven doesnt block https, but the error remains. How could I fix this?
