Allow clearing only to the left/right

Sometimes it would be nice to be able to change only everything on the left or right site of the cursor instead of everything in the surrounding.

Yea, I can definitely see how that would be useful.

Personally, I might map that to <leader>ci+ and <leader>ci- to change everything to the right and left, respectively.
