Version 1.6 has some issues fixed in the latest code, and we need it.

Please, can the latest version be released? It is impossible to use it with the latest Spring without Jakarta-related fixes.

@briandilley Is it possible to do this? There's still interest in this library and I don't think releasing a new version is time consuming. There's been a fix for the issue blocking the release: https://github.com/briandilley/jsonrpc4j/issues/310
