404 Error - Redirect.php Not found

Looks like there is some issue with .htaccess - I keep getting 404 errors. Any ideas?

Not sure, haven't seen any others experiencing 404 errors... Is redirect.php at the same location as the rest of the files? Is redirect.php at the root?

same for me, but when displaying errors i got this
