Rename and Tag extension

Extend Tag color support. Extend Invoke-PaApiConfig command and PaloAltoDevice Class for rename action. Created Rename-PaTag command to use Invoke-PaApiConfig. Additional commands can be created to leverage rename action, such as Rename-PaAddress.
