the minsdkVersion is too high

the current minSDKVersion minSdkVersion 27 is too high, can you make it lower to minSdkVersion 21.

Can we split this repo into two modules(color generator & integration with android SDK), consider I want to use this color generator in a desktop APP, which is not an android APP.

Agree with @qihigh, the minSdk is definitely too high.
