Where should I write with that? I don't know if I should do this here (Q4wine) or WinE or Fedora? :D
hi @ShinJii89
Sorry for late response.
looks like Fedora q4wine package is quite outdated: the latest q4wine release is v1.3.12 release. I believe this should go to Fedora's community as I do not maintain any distro-specific packages.

You installed wine-stable
from non official Fedora repos. Only wine-staging
packaged and maintained in Fedora. Try to remove it, disable 3rd party Wine repo, install Wine package provided by Fedora and then install q4wine
package. It works without any issues in Fedora.
Seems to be resolved. Reopen if needed;
Unfortunately wine-stable
not packaged in Fedora. So if OP need Stable branch then he should file a bug into WineHQ bug tracker since nothing can be done there for q4wine or wine-staging
(Fedora package).
