Unable to get spreadsheet working/populating

Hello, I have the above issue. I followed the steps attentively, I think I did not miss a step. Yet, nothing populates. some details:

1. I am in several guilds;
2. I have 19 characters on the specified server (Magtheridon);
3. I copy-paste all possible to avoid double letters or mistakes in general;
