Include information in README under setup and operation instructing the user that they can use zipped or unzipped templates

The program now works with zipped and unzipped bootstrap templates because of the closed pull request #18 , but the readme should let the user know that. This is a great first issue for new people, so please only take this if you are very new to git and github.
