In case of Laravel or Symfony they have great discussion pages on github. Laravel discussions, Symfony discussions. It already has many features like upvotes, PRs and issues linking.

Plus, everybody who is going to use RFC Vote, is already on GitHub. I've tried to setup discussions but I get 404, I think only @brendt can enable it.

@SerhiiCho Yeah, but than we can say that https://rfc.stitcher.io/ is pointless, that can be a discussion page as well and probably would make more sense to create it under the PHP repo.

@gaborjonas, yeah, you changed my mind. It does make sense to make it on rfc.stitcher.io. It will make RFC Votes site more active
