Flag argument for clarification

To reduce noise on the page, low-effort arguments could be flagged for clarification. When at least three users mark an argument for clarification, it could be made hidden and moved to the bottom of the page until author edits with at least x changes made (just clicking edit and then save should not be enough). Hidden argument cannot be upvoted. To avoid abuse of such a feature, a karma system might be a precondition; for example, only users with karma 100 are allowed to mark an argument for clarification.

Edit: Flagging for duplication might be another possible flag.

Good thing is that we already have user reputation in place, so this could very well be an option. I think it's a good idea! Although it isn't the highest item on my priority list, so if anyone wants to give it a try: go for it :)
