Issue with abacabadabacabae$ and aabaaabb$

At first kudos to you for great visualisation. Unfortunately I found two issues with it:

  • there is missing suffix ae$ for abacabadabacabae$ in it
  • second related to missing suffix links for aabaaabb$ See better description in my post http://stackoverflow.com/a/43545129/3668842

Hey thanks for the bug reports. I found the issue behind the first problem and fixed it. That's right that not all the suffix links that should get added are being drawn right now. I'll have to spend some more time looking at that issue.
