Information about android/ios/windows?

I'm looking for libs to use in my project and this one seems promising but I didn't find any information about compilation for android, ios, windows or macOS.

Can somebody tell me if it's as easy as cross compiling using the Android NDK like https://mozilla.github.io/firefox-browser-architecture/experiments/2017-09-21-rust-on-android.html?
