Make this repo compatible with Jekyll / Github page

Working Github page after the changes: https://dlccyes.github.io/devops-exercises/

  1. Escape the curly braces so that Jekyll won't complain (ref)
  2. Change the internal link in the HTML part of the main README from path/README.md to path, so that the links are accessible on both Github and Github page.
