New release to update @bref.sh/layers

Hi,

In version 1.1.0, the bref.sh/layers package is currently locked to ^2.0.95.

To be able to deploy a PHP 8.4 application in eu-south-2, we need to update to latest bref.sh/layers version.

A PR has already been merged and released in https://github.com/brefphp/layers.js/pull/7

I'm not sure I understand, ^2.0.95 should allow the latest versions?
