Android WIFI Proxy settings not being respected for Podcasts

When using a network with a firewall requiring all HTTP/HTTPS traffic be redirected through a proxy, Breeze wallet is failing to load content as the Proxy settings are ignored. Breeze wallet seems to be making some direct HTTP requests to Port 80 which fail, because it did not try to use the specified proxy server in my WIFI advanced configuration, as is respected with other apps.

I suspect a secondary less frequent issue may be that some RSS feed media link to non standard HTTP ports not blocked by the proxy due to policy. In effect there is a mix of correctly rendered content, and failed content. In these cases it would be nice to know some content was blocked, but render what works with best effort.
