Implement an option to encrypt backup + 2FA

Hi,

I know we have an option to encrypt the Breez backup using a "seed", but I think many newbies will not do this or the one that does will forget the seed.

I think it's very important to always encrypt the backup. So I think Breez could give the users two options:

1- Encrypt the backup with seed as it works now 2- Give the option to users encrypt the backup using phone number as 2FA, like this: https://github.com/photon-sdk/photon-lib

When users first install the wallet, could have two options like: Hi, to use Breez is necessary to backup your wallet on Google Drive, the backup will be encrypted, you have the option to encrypt with a seed. (Remember that if you forget the seed and you uninstall Breez, you will lose the funds) And you have the option to encrypt with your phone number as 2FA. (Remember that if you lose access to your phone number and you need to access Breez on another phone, will not be possible.
