We should have the Grammar automatically detect/fix trailing spaces

@breck7 , we could use the pre-commit tool. I have tested it locally with some files and it works. However, it goes ahead to clear all the white spaces (trailing) in the Grammar files and pldb files and this needs a really great review.

Kindly try it out and advice what you think.
