prebuilt dll 32bits can not use

The pre compiled 32-bit DLL file cannot be executed properly with error 0xc000007b. The 64 bit DLL file can be used normally. 预编译的32位动态库不能用，运行时报错0xc000007b，切换至64位工程，64位DLL可正常使用
