Editing Header and Footer

How can I customize the Header and the Footer of a document?

I could not find any info about it. Thank you.

This question happens to have been asked just a few days ago on StackOverflow: rinohtype export to PDF - document header with chapter name and title. Let me know if that still leaves you with questions.

I'll leave this ticket open as a reminder to include these instructions in the manual. Perhaps adding a Tutorials section which covers concrete topics like this one is a good idea.
